BE-PATIENT-TIME: ... Spring Flowers growing ... Daisy Bear Quilt growing ...Scandinanian Christmas growing ... Knowledge of my new Lap Top growing ...

Part of the Nancy Halvorsen "Be Attitudes" made some years back. This is such a specific monthly quilt, and this spring block came to mind as I thought about all there is to be waiting for. Growing time all around;strange weather might not be a problem for the flowers. Last time I wrote,I was learning to cope with the new Blogger. This time I`waiting to get all knowledge of my new Toshiba lap-top. Yes,waiting and waiting to improve on a lot of things.
Lovely "waiting-time" ahead! Springtime is such a growing time.First of all the flowers, yellow and white and blue. The bleeding heart seems to be doing fine in a very strange weather.
We have baked,my Granddaughter and I.
All done!
great help before we had lunch. Eline lost her 2 front teeth within the hour! Very proud helping me here :-)
Waiting for the arrival of the 2 last blocks of the Daisy Bear BOM. Great to look at the 8 of them almost done, lovely looking,I think. Bit of a rush really as Eline`s birthday is fast approaching!!! My priority no 1 these days, and I enjoy sewing.
Helping with her own soon-to-be birthday-present, 7 years soon. She is very excited to hear her mom`s opinion. She did the drawing and the cutting of the bear, dress and the butter- flies on the biggest block. She must be a quilter when she grows up !!! Well, only time will show....LOL ...
My Scandinavian Christmas is still growing slowly. The pattern pieces is just put down on the transfer to check if it looks OK,and it does! I am afraid I`m going to be late for block 3 (info for my friends in the SC-sew along). I feel confident that I`ll make it almost on schedule. Love the fabrics and Lynette`s way of making the patterns. More news of some interesting walks later one day. Happy Sewing to all my blogfriends,Till next time All the Best from me,Grethe.

You have all the spring flowers already, and we are still waitng for the snow to thaw! I have only seen the two first buds of Tussilago/coltsfoot.
Very nice quilt blocks and your granddaughter looks cute with the gap.
Good luck with the SC, I like this block.

Isn't Spring wonderful! I am enjoying the riot of colours. I was out today painting the white masonry outside in the sunshine.

Looks like you had a lovely grandmotherly time.

I am still working on catching up with SC. I have 3 bonded but am still sewing the details and border of SC2.

Ja, er det ikke herlig tid vi går i møte. Deilig å se nye spirer i hagen hver dag. Det blir ekstra trivelig på syrommet når barnebarna også er interessert i quilting. Ha en herlig uke og lykke til med bursdagsgaven.
