" MY GARDEN" - Spring is in the Air - Sue Daley is visiting Norway:-)

It will take longer than anticipated to say: quilted and bound. So I decided to show you the quilt top. Take a look at the 9 small, lovely wooden buttons from Lynette Andersson`s Mystery BOM.
This is it! I have used the Evening Mist range from Moda. Not sure how to quilt it,but I intend to machine quilt it myself, probably in the ditch?? I can see a space there on the wall,so I must get cracking .....

Watch the tulips trying to pop up. Very soon the full Spring will
be here in Oslo,Norway

Lovely Snow bells in bloom,just
as the snow has disappeared.
Did I tell you:the Australian expert
Sue Daley of Patchwork with Busy Fingers
is visiting Oslo,Norway for three days,
workshops at Kathrines Quiltestue. On
Thursday I am joining with some friends
one of her classes. Great, looking forward
to this. Bound to learn a tiny winy bit each
time I go to classes! More from me another day,
Have a nice week:-)

Jeg ligger langt etter med min My Garden. Så jeg får ha det som sommersying i år.

Ses på torsdag :) Kommer på foredraget.

Kjempefin My Garden! Artig å se toppen ferdig. Jeg har sydd alle stitcheriene og begynt så vidt på blokkene, men det gjenstår en del før jeg er like langt som deg. Det blir nok etterhvert.... Gleder meg til å se din ferdig quiltet.

Hi Grethe,
Your My Garden quilt looks wonderful, quilting in the ditch will really suit this quilt. Enjoy your class with my friend Sue, she lives just 20 mins form me and we enjoy having breakfast together regularly.
Hope you can find someone who has availability in my new Button BOM Christmas Fun x x
