SSCS present just opened .......

Good time has passed :)) Hands and arms better day by day!
Nice to be writing  to you after the joyful and peaceful Christmas 2012.

This is my  3rd year in  Chookyblue`s SSCS.
Can you see the present from my secret SANTA friend?
It`s the one closet to the straw goat ,the one wrapped in gold paper with purple string:-)

Here it is, the lovely gift from Julie: a beautiful hexagon shaped table runner.  Also included in her gift was 2 lovely patterns from her shop! If you study the picture carefully,
you may also see her gorgeous ornament angel hanging on our Christmas tree :))
THANKING you  so very much Julie! I love your gifts.
Beautiful stitching on the tree above and on the little bird below.

In fact there are 10 birds wandering around close to the binding of this hexagon table cloth.
Love especially number 11 bird! He is the star on top of the tree :-))

I hope you all have had a very nice Christmas.
I have been spoilt doing nothing (boring really) now looking  much forward to some sewing  soon.
It will most probably take some time before I`m able to show you a finish of my own.
Still swollen left hand wrist, but otherwise looking ever so perfect ... LOL ...
But will soon be back to post another lovely present that  I received this Christmas.
It is a table cloth with beautiful dancing angels!
Until next time, enjoy your sewing days ... hugs,Grethe.
