Nice time ahead ... and doctor`s advice ...

Glad lots of bloggers use  countdown for the big season to come. Next year I will pick which one to use for Christmas 2013 ! There are many different ones around.
Well, 12th  today, so fairly easy to count up to 24th  !!
Christmas  Evening is our big day for the season. We always attend mass before the Christmas dinner, then we open the presents, almost the same tradition every year.
Looking forward to be celebrating with family and friends :))

This is my OPAM finish for December.
Together with 6 of my Santas just out of their cave (read box) the table-runner looks nice there on the white snow, maybe even nicer on top of my white Christmas table cloth !
We have the most beautiful weather to day, blue sky, bright sun and rather cold.

Mittens are a must together with warm clothes if you should like to go for a walk.

Yes, I`m trying for the very first time to put 3 pictures together. Why they don`t come out in the same seize, I don`t know. I went to a Picasa work-shop for 2 hours a couple of weeks ago.
Maybe I should ask for another two hours at least  ... LOL ... most definitely , I must.

Tomorrow I`m having a small surgery on my left hand wrist.  Will have to take a break from writing and not to mention sewing for about 3 weeks. By then my thumb also must have healed completely. But I can enjoy reading and looking what`s happening in blog-land  :))
 Good for me that is!

All the best to you for a very peaceful and enjoyable time ahead. Hugs,

Pretty table runner in the snow, and I love your stitcheries. I hope the doctors get you all fixed up soon so you can get back to sewing. Take it easy, and don't try to get back too soon. Hugs!

Good luck with the op. I hope all your preparations are done so you don't have to worry about anything while recovering.

Your Christmas decorations are so pretty. We're due more wet weather. I wish it would snow here but that is rare- only once properly since I've been here.
