INSPIRATION, part 2 .

Gorgeous QUITS to watch, bring you cuppa, sit back and ENJOY,
miniblocks, bigger ones, appliques etc.  :-)

Lovely time this year as well at the  FESTIVAL of  QUILTS  :o)  Hope you enjoyed seeing some of the 1000 quilts, pics her just picked out at random!  Oh,how I wish I could have shown them all.
Please have a good look at this last one no 255 by for me an  unknown  English quilter. Small post sometime in the future about this from me.
Did you think I had forgotten to tell about my hand ... LOL... well almost , but here I am:

Injections and tablets for trigger thumb and an inflamation in wrist!!!  So you see I must put all my stitchery aside and work slowly by my sewing machine :-(   Only one border ( I should have written earlier ) to be sewn onto my Scandinavian Christmas; for sure to be done soon!
Then I`m looking forward to showing you my shopping from the FoQ soon as well .
All the best to you for a nice Sunday, From Grethe.

Tusen takk for at du deler meg oss hjemmesittere. Her var det utrolig mye flott, bare å ta av seg hatten for alle de fantastiske arbeidene. Hva folk legger ned av tid! En stor kopp te gikk med til seansen.

So sorry to hear about your injury. Why don't you send the Scandanavian Christmas to me, and I will sew on the binding! LOL! Of course your realize that you would never see it again? What amazing quilts you saw. I wish I had just a tiny fraction of that talent.

Beautiful quilts. I saw that curtain made from rainbow log cabins and was amazed at all the work involved.

Good that you are getting treatment for your poor hand. I hope it recovers fully soon.
