New week, almost full already:-)

Bitten by the mug-rug-bug as some other blogger described it,on time it
is my turn:6 Mug Rugs are almost ready for new owners and more to come.

I have seen some stunning, small Mug Rugs on my way through blogland:-)
And thanks to .ryanwalshquilts.com who started me off - great, easy tutorial pattern to follow. Check his blog!

3 new books? No,not at all on the contrary!

You see,"The Distant Hours" book I showed you yesterday has 670 pages.
So my DH has split the book into 3,copied,glued etc.good work done!!
Great result: much easier, lighter to be holding and carrying about:))))

Notice the super quilting on the backing of my "a Gardeners`s Journal". Not the best colour here on the picture, but a lovely yellow/mustard colour. The quilt has just come back from the quilter, so very soon
I`ll get cracking with the binding. In 1 - 2 - 3 up on the wall, do
you see an empty wall anywhere?? Good question, thought I had the space
but must for sure change things around. Have been longing for the 3 words:"quilted, bound and hanging".Now two to go!! Then one day I`ll post the picture for you to see.
Till later, wishing you a good quilting week.
